The extraordinary dense and precise finish sweeps you off your feet like a giant wave. Right at the end there’s a striking chalky minerality unlike anything else. A cuvee from the great Kellerberg, Liebenberg and Kollmutz sites. Matured in 500 litre oak casks, half of which were new. From organically grown grapes. Vegan. Drink or hold."
