"From ancient granite soils in the cool Grampians region, the lovely perfume offers forest berry jam, warm stone, green herbs and peppery spice. There's fruit sweetness aplenty despite this being a dry wine. Gravelly tannins and cracked pepper form an earthy spine on the palate that counter the fruit, as does the crackling acidity. Deliciously expressive now, this could cellar another decade"
